Normally the service here is fantastic but this morning we had a different experience. The waitress was rude, normally I have a half serve of delicious corn fritters but was refused today. Then we were told to move to another table, as we were almost finished I asked for 5mins to quickly finish eating, but the waitress again insisted we swap tables. We were too embarrassed to be shuffled around the restaurant with half eaten plates of food, coffee and water so we declined again, when we were told again by the waitress she required our table immediately not in 5mins add she ranked for or plates. At this point I refused to move. The fair haired waitress was fantastic and attentive, but this dark haired waitress we dealt with on both issues was openly rude. I often eat here with family and friends and have never been treated like this, I was with a work colleague and was highly embarrassed so we quickly ate our remaining meals and left without having our coffee/cake.
Visited store with family today and we seated outside. The lady served us her service was outstanding (forgot to ask her name) and very friendly with sense of humor. Asked if they had photo menu, she showed us photos on her phone from the internet. Great recommendations on menu. Food came fast and was outstanding. We had a great time at the store. :)
I stumbled upon this place looking for good coffee and breakfast while in Worrnambool and found both! The vegan hot cakes were OUTSTANDING (ice cream for breakfast? YOU BET!) and my wife said the mushroom toast was the best she ever had. Hope to leave with some beans and come again. This is a must if you are visiting.
Amazing place with a great atmosphere. Food came out fast and was very tasty. Staff were super friendly. Would recommend!
Busy place to be! Always buzzing and bustling, tasty food and super friendly staff. Good coffee! Not a lot of vegan/vego options though.
