Awesome!, these fellas make the task of getting your car serviced so easy!..Very friendly, and they didnt treat me like a dumb woman like other places in town have.They even showed me photos of the couple of faults that my car had and explained why it needed to be fixed. I love the SMS booking reminder the day before too! Ill be back for sure, thanks!
I called these guys on Friday at 1pm on my way to Melbourne with a wheel bearing issue on my car. They said they were flat out, but to bring it in and we will look at it to see if it was safe to drive.I arrived at 2pm, they offered me a cold drink and a nice couch to sit on whilst they checked it.By 3pm not only was my car checked, but they actually replaced the wheel bearing so that I could continue to Melbourne!.Tim and his team run a show like Ive never seen before, they go well out of their way to help you even though the boys were under the pump. The cleanliness of the Workshop, the friendliness of the staff, just wow!, I cant thank you enough Lowes, you got me to my destination on time and with minimal fuss, and the price was cheap too! Highly recommended!, thanks again!
We had travelled from SA and found our car had an oil leak. We called Lowes who offered us a loan car while they checked everything for us. It appeared the oil had pooled after a recent service prior to our trip. It was cleaned up and we were not charged for their time. We continued our journey knowing the car had been checked thoroughly. Thanks guys :-)
When the dealer wanted an arm and a leg for a some car repairs we asked a friend and they recommended Lowes Auto Repairs. They did such a great job at such a reasonable price that we've been getting our cars serviced and repaired there ever since. Nothing is too much trouble for Tim and the crew and they go out of their way to make sure they're doing the right thing by their customers.
Tim did an amazing job looking after us over the Easter long weekend and getting us back on the road to Melbourne. Our car had broken down in Port Fairy, we had it towed to Lowes Auto Repairs, and Tim came into his workshop especially on Easter Monday for us.
