From someone who has fleet cars and uses this car wash often I must say that the service from some of the attendants has been and is getting worse. I'm not talking about how clean or dirty the car is at the end I'm talking about getting the service that's offered on their board and you pay for. I take the cars through the automatic wash weekly whilst attendants are working and pay $20 for the deluxe wash. The service I've received the last month or so is far from what I pay for and what is offered for $20. Today and the last few times this is what the $20 wash got me.*Soap sprayed over the car with the gun*The brush ran over the car *Soap sprayed off the car*Car sent into the automatic washFar from deluxe and what's offered and those spray bottles that sit up the front with bug wash and tyre clean in them must just be for show as haven't been picked up or used lately. Considering it keeps happening it's no mistake or accident and offering a certain service for a certain price is actually a crime if you willingly take the money a customer pays for that service and deliberately don't deliver what's offered. Doesn't matter how busy you are or how many cars are waiting the paying customers deserve what they pay for. It's very simple, if you can't deliver what you offer then don't offer it!!
