Love the staff at the Warrnambool store, always chatty and helpful.
The staff were welcoming, and incredibly helpful with different suggestions, and making sure I knew all the options available to me, as well as checking that I was happy every step of the way with my piercing. My only complaint was the limited stock, but it was the end of school holidays.
The staff here were helpful in offering advice for alternatives to a product they didn't have in stock. Also directed me to a sale item before the rest of their stock when I queried about another item. Walked away impressed with my experience here.
