Did our class action for the damage done to our property from the Mickleham fires in 2014 and received 7.31% of our legitimate uninsured loss claim most of which was obviously due to laziness in negotiating and the ridiculous costs for sending unecessary update letters (about 15 of them). If they weren't vultures picking on people in need they would simply put updates on their website rather than sending letter at such a charge. I'd claim direct from the at fault company if I had my time again.
