Stayed for couple of nights and the suicide was spot on. Would highly recommend.
Staff are very helpful, friendly. Food service and quality in the restaurant was excellent. Pool, BBQ and play area for children facilities was excellent. Parking was less than desirable. You needed to park "anywhere" making it very squeezy at the best of times.Our room, which was "handicap" friendly was not up to standard. Yes it was a walk in shower but did not have a handrail nor did the toilet area.Hand basin/cupboard was lacking in sufficient bench space, needed to be wider.Being handicapped can be and was difficult to access items from the cupboard.Unfortunately the toilet produced a fowl smell on our second night that could be smelt throughout our room. Not a pleasant odour. This was attended to by Motel maintenance but returned 2 nights later. Not happy!!The room itself was badly cluttered making walking around the room difficult especially for a one leg amputee.You could not sit at the table provided for a meal because there was just no room.The room needed natural ventilation many times but you couldnt open a window, opening the door was not a secure/private option. Yes there was an airconditioner natural air is healthier.Over all we were both very disappointed and would not choose to stay there again.
We were in a triple room, rooms are fairly large in size with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was decent too. Quiet night's sleep. Location was fantastic, very close to city centre and all shops. They also have a children's play area and a swimming pool.
Very clean . Staff are always willing to help. The end rooms are right next to the bus stop so you hear the bus late night and early morning.
Great rooms and service. Super comfortable beds which is a major bonus!
