I called Tom Symons from Harris & Wood after a card drop.Was very disappointed with my previous real estate person.Tom was very polite and helpful.Unfortunately my hubby had engaged another real estate to sell our house but Tom kept in touch and we ended up buying a house he was selling for a client .All through the process he kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him .My father passed away during the buy and I received a lovely bunch of flowers from Tom and co .Very thoughtful.
