A retail shop that closes at 5pm can be difficult to get to in time and when your direct competitor closes at 5:30, guess who gets the business.
I Purchased a bike from these guys 2 months ago. It was due for its free first service and i also had an issue with it. Living 200kms away they were extreamly helpful in getting the bike back to their shop, fixing and returning back within two days. Customer service at its best. I Highly recommend wbc.

I thought it had great service and they find time for you if it is buying a new bike or getting your bike fixed they have it back to you in no time
I am coming up from melbourne for the festive period, and tried calling them today on the # on their website ( 5560-5009), & each time it rang out only for an automated message to prompt me to leave a message on 5561-0351??? If it is a bike shop, then surely they can organise a voicemail id for themselves as the # to leave message on is totally different to that called & advertised! Also, the website does not mention if the bike shop hires out bikes???
