Had a good experience. Booked in for the gold service but they found cracked rims. Alas being 600ks from home didn't what to do but they had other types in stock and offered a good price. Care about what they do. Recommended. Also like the annual servicing idea.
These guys understand that customers will return when they receive excellent service, and they don't just rely on simply selling a bike as a business model. They could teach many bicycle shops in Melbourne a thing or two about customer service. Not only did they allow me to fit some parts on the spot and lent me some tools to do it, they made me a coffee as well. I live some distance away but will bring my bikes here for servicing. Keep up the good work.
I am delighted with my MI5 eCycle. I have owned it for about 6 months and cant wait for better weather to ride more, mainly in the CBD. I would recommend this purchase to anyone considering an eCycle :)
Great service by a mechanic who really knows mountain bikes. Fixed the pivots and squeak on my Santa Cruz Tallboy. Also got great advice on places to ride around Warrnambool.Thanks again guys
