Fantastic motel!!! Ive stayed in a lot of motels due to travel so I know a good motel from a bad and I dont have a bad word to say about this great motel... thank you to the owners for providing a clean, quiet, affordable and modern motel for a very reasonable price. Its quite obvious that you care about your business. Thanks also for helping us navigate town and for your friendly service (from the big Australian and South African group :-)
The Elm Tree owners know what they're doing! I spent a week here and was very impressed by David's calm attitude and outstanding knack for customer service. The rooms are modern with plenty of space. They have everything you need and nothing unnecessary. It was a pleasure staying here and I recommend it highly to anyone visiting Warrnambool.
We have been on the road for 3 days staying at different motels each night. The owner David was really helpful and gave us places to go see and also places to eat. The Elm Tree Motel is really lovely. Clean and spacious. The bed was terrific and the price was very generous.Way out in front for recommendations. Really terrific. I'm a fussy tenant.
